Baby Cozy

Made this, called a “Baby Cozy” and a cap, for my friend Darcy’s baby, due in December. It’s like a big baby sleeping bag, and I made a little cap to match.

It’s knit from Bernat Baby Blanket, which is a super bulky yarn that feels like chenille and fleece. It’s a pain to knit […]

Kaleb’s Cocoon

Made a great little cocoon and cap for my friend Hailey’s baby, due in November. It’s just crochet mesh, made from Lion Brand Homespun in Ocean.

Home Improvement

I spent the past couple days repainting and redecorating Halle’s room. She loves it.

Wanna see what Erm has asked for?

Looks like fun…I […]

Also, I’m really loving these stitch markers I made the other day:

They’re just those alphabet beads, left over from […]

Kelmscott Kickoff

I’ve just started on the Kelmscott cardigan by Carol Sunday, from the Twist Collective Winter 2009 collection. It’s a beautiful little cardigan with an architectural collar. I don’t know if this yarn is going to work out well though, because it’s not as fuzzy as the yarn they recommended. Here’s what I’ve got so far:
